Hi, I’m Sheri – a certified coach and meditation teacher, and someone who deeply understands what it’s like to feel burned out, disconnected, and unsure what comes next. My 26 years in the corporate world taught me a lot and shaped who I am, however over time I began to realize it no longer aligned with who I was becoming. Uncovering my true self bit by bit and what I deeply value showed me what’s possible and it’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others on their own journey.
